Adult acne is caused by oil from sebaceous glands, sebum, that clogs pores, attract bacteria and thus, cause your skin to become inflamed. There are many treatments and products available to help combat adult acne. Most times, an inside-out approach is best. Start looking at what you're eat, how much water you're drinking, how much and when you are sleeping.
