Food Does Matter ...

Increasing the amount of fresh organic fruits and vegetables in your diet will slowly cleanse the body of chemicals, additives, herbicides and pesticides that make our skin look like we are 10 years older than we really feel. 

One of my personal favourite juicing recipes: Kale (Vit C is a powerful antioxidant), Cucumber (gets rid of toxins and inflammation), a thumb of ginger (good for digestion), and a bunch of carrots (cleanses & a powerful anti-septic). Radiance comes from the inside!
